Probably every woman dreams of beautiful, healthy and shiny hair, but without proper care and supplementation this goal is not achievable, that is why I am presenting you a dietary supplement BIOTIN for hair + silicon which I had the opportunity to test.
From an organizational point of view, I must say that the tablets are very easy to swallow and don't cause any stomach upsets. It's just a shame they come in blister packs because sometimes you can accidentally press them and two tablets pop out - I don't consider this a big drawback, but I prefer screw-top packaging :)
I used Biotin for 40 days, i.e. as many tablets as there are in 4 blisters, with a glass of water.
