On December 20th, as every year, a festive gathering was held for 300 children from care facilities and orphanages, with the OneDay Foundation and celebrities who actively participated in the Christmas Eve celebration. One of the partners of the event is Noble Health. See photos from this magical meeting.
The Christmas campaign was initiated by the OneDay Foundation team, which, in response to the wishes of children in need, prepared over 500 Christmas parcels for the upcoming Christmas season. Most of the children received their gifts from Santa Claus in person.
Among the guests were m.in. Ewa Chodakowska, Grażyna Wolszczak, Cezary Harasimowicz, along with the actors from the series "Na Wspólnej," Roma Theatre actors, Natalia Siwiec, Katarzyna Cichopek, Kamila Szczawińska, Misiek Koterski, Olga Borys, and Julia Wróblewska. The Christmas professional corners were filled with people like Lidia Popiel with mini photography workshops and Maciej Wróblewski with hair styling courses. Magda Modra and Marek Krupski, for the second time, served as hosts.
"The children certainly couldn't be bored today; everything is perfectly prepared, with plenty of attractions for both toddlers and teenagers, as the guests are children of all ages. I had the little ones' faces painted, and I taught the teenagers how to apply makeup beautifully," said Olga Borys.
"I was given a sweet and delicious task – decorating gingerbread cookies. I made a lot of them, and they must have been delicious because they disappeared in the blink of an eye. Lots of the little ones got involved in decorating, so it was a pleasure to work together" – Julka Wróblewska.
"The OneDay Foundation organized it all wonderfully. Big applause, especially for the fact that the kids were really happy and had a great time. It was an incredibly successful afternoon for them and for us," said Natalia Siwiec.
The musical setting of the meeting was provided by the band Tabb& Sound'n'Grace, Julia, and Vocart. Also performing on the children's stage were Samba Art, Magik Banach, Agencja Dobojów: Michael Jackson, and Freddy Mercury.
