How to care for your scalp

First and foremost, we must ensure thorough cleansing. Choosing the right shampoo, tailored to our skin and hair type, is crucial. Make sure products are alcohol-free and free of irritants. Use moisturizing oils and beneficial aloe vera gels, which not only moisturize but also bring relief to dry skin.

Oily scalp

In this situation, gentle care is also crucial. Avoid very high temperatures when washing and drying your hair. Massage should be performed rarely, if at all, for this type of scalp, as it stimulates the glands to produce sebum. Apply moisturizing masks and any moisturizing conditioners only to the hair, avoiding the scalp. Instead, it's worth investing in products containing algae and clay. If you have oily hair, avoid touching it too often throughout the day, as this will only exacerbate the greasiness. It's important to pay attention to your diet and drink plenty of water to help combat sebum production.

Skin with dandruff

Here, you should immediately treat the problem with a medicated shampoo that will help get rid of dandruff. Wash your hair as often as possible, as sebum promotes the growth of the bacteria responsible for dandruff. There are several ways to combat dandruff. In addition to medicated cleansers, the market also offers medicated scalp lotions containing antibacterial oils that effectively eliminate dandruff.

Dry hair care

If you struggle with dry hair, remember to include omega-3 fatty acids in your diet. Wash your hair with gentle products suitable for dry hair. Avoid using a blow dryer, which further dries out your hair and promotes breakage and hair loss. Dry hair tends to break, so don't comb it wet, as this is when damage is most likely to occur.
